Kaseya is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to take charge of a portfolio of strategic accounts with strong growth potential. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maximizing the value of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through proactive account management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales, focused on building customer relationships and driving business growth.
  • Must be fluent in French and English.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of B2B clients in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion.
  • Experience managing a product portfolio and identifying opportunities to increase customer value.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers and foster long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management and Development: Take full responsibility for a portfolio of accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the Kaseya product suite to generate new revenue.
  • Customer Re-engagement and Relationship Building: Re-establish and strengthen relationships with existing clients, particularly those with low engagement levels, by connecting with key decision-makers and offering solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
  • Commercial Growth Strategy: Develop and implement customized account plans, including regular follow-ups, meetings, and business reviews, to identify new opportunities and foster account expansion.
  • Solution Adoption and Value Creation: Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, identify gaps, and drive greater utilization to support long-term growth and retention.
  • Revenue Accountability: Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by driving growth within your assigned accounts, contributing to short-term results and sustainable growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize the potential of each account.
  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track account-related activities, and maintain accurate forecasts and reports.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 to $85,000 CAD, plus uncapped variable compensation.
  • Target overall compensation (OTE) between $140,000 and $160,000 CAD, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
