The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between the agency and assigned clients. You’ll ensure expectations are clearly defined and consistently exceeded through proactive communication, sound strategy, and effective execution. You will work closely with the Creative and Technology teams to align client goals with agency capabilities — guiding day-to-day project delivery while identifying opportunities for growth and ongoing collaboration.
