  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer-focused experience.
  • U.S. citizen residing in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a strategic customer account, acting as the company's representative and the customer's advocate within the organization.
  • Lead collaborative efforts within a team to achieve account goals.
  • Drive sales opportunities within an assigned account.
  • Identify strategic partners to promote and resell company products.
  • Champion products and solutions, presenting them to existing and potential customers.
  • Keep customers informed about the latest product offerings.
  • Develop and refine lead generation plans.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify root causes of issues.
  • Develop both short-term fixes and long-term solutions for customer challenges.
  • Transform comprehensive sales strategies into actionable programs that drive performance.
  • Strategize and implement plans for complex accounts, contributing to technical aspects.
  • Tackle high-impact problems with innovative solutions.
