You will analyse service trends, improve engagement, and identify opportunities to enhance service contracts. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure high service standards and support contract management and issue resolution. You may also represent the company at industry events to promote our products and services and stay informed on the latest market developments. This role requires a proactive, data-driven approach to account management, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service while supporting the company's long-term growth objectives. Day-to-Day Duties and Learnings: Understand client needs, market trends, and business goals to drive growth Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in clinical organisations Lead solution development, coordinating company resources to meet client needs Manage client revenue and margins to achieve growth targets Plan mutual objectives and milestones with clients, conducting quarterly reviews Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating internal support and resolving issues Oversee contract renewals, price adjustments, and post-sale follow-ups Analyse data to identify service trends and improvement opportunities Track retention, sales forecasting, and growth opportunities Maintain CRM records and provide monthly reports on client activities and forecasts
