About The Position
Landscape Management Company is an innovative and rapidly growing leader in the commercial landscape maintenance industry. We deliver high-quality service to commercial real estate clients. As we continue our exciting expansion, we’re adding to our team and looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual who is eager to grow with us! The Landscape Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and field operations, with a strong focus on client retention, portfolio growth, and maintaining high-quality landscapes. This role blends relationship management, sales, and operational coordination to deliver exceptional service and drive account performance.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in landscaping or a related industry
- Proven success in client management, sales, and/or account management
- Strong understanding of plant material, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agricultural Business, or a related field preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication
- Address client needs, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to evaluate landscape quality
- Identify and address issues such as pests, plant health concerns, and irrigation deficiencies
- Ensure properties meet company standards and client expectations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for landscape enhancements
- Prepare and present proposals for additional services
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts
- Partner with production teams to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery
- Communicate client expectations and quality standards to crews
- Monitor work to ensure consistency and excellence
- Manage contract renewals and pricing adjustments
- Develop and negotiate proposals for new and expanded services
- Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and safety protocols
- Address and resolve any service or safety concerns promptly
