About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex customer requirements while supporting business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing customer relationships, driving new business opportunities, and supporting technical and commercial aspects of the sales process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales or account management role
  • Proven experience managing customer accounts and supporting territory growth
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support technical design challenges
  • Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong overall computer and systems skills

  • Experience within the automotive industry
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate customer quote requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Engage directly with end-use customers to qualify and discuss new quote opportunities
  • Collaborate with the NEF quoting and sourcing teams to support pricing and supply strategies
  • Partner with Business Development Managers and Sales Managers to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Lead customer discussions related to product design, applications, and new program opportunities
  • Track new business awards from initial quotation through to production (SOP), including first builds
  • Manage quote mark-ups and analyze sales forecasting data to support business decisions
  • Review customer contracts and lead part kick-off activities through the APQP process
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact for account-related matters
  • Perform other related duties as required
