About The Position

Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group is now looking for a new Account Manager to join our team! The Account Manager is a client-facing, professional role responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of client accounts through exceptional service, proactive communication, and creative branded merch solutions. This role ensures projects move smoothly from concept to delivery, representing EJPPG’s commitment to delivering delightful, reliable, high-quality experiences. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is organized and creative, and strives to think outside the box in order to find solutions and ideas for clients. This is an in office sales position that works weekdays between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with limited travel.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients
Understand client needs, brand standards, and timelines to recommend proactive, and creative product ideas and strategic solutions.
Manage project flow including quoting, sourcing, order entry, proofs, production updates, and delivery timelines.
Partner with suppliers to ensure product accuracy, availability, and quality.
Resolve issues quickly with professionalism and integrity.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and value-add opportunities.
Maintain organized and accurate records within internal systems.
