About The Position

The Account Manager will play a key part in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, managing accounts, and addressing customer needs. Requirements

  • Experience in account management and sales, ideally in a technical or industrial field.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales Management Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in business to business sales
  • Negotiation & Networking Skills: Expertise in negotiating deals and building lasting business relationships.
  • Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A degree in business, sales, marketing, or finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Adhere to CRM workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalations.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, including competitive analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively present them to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of conveyor systems.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
