The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the business by securing and managing clients' overall annual marketing plans, coordinating marketing efforts with clients' internal stakeholders, maintaining a database for all products and services, inputting client orders with accuracy and timeliness, acting as a project manager to ensure execution at the store level, providing local customer service for the client, and providing reporting including monthly reviews, meeting summaries for action, projections, store and client visit recaps, and monthly order updates. The role also involves growing client relationships by representing the suite of services to retail clients, communicating and building key relationships, coordinating regular meetings with all stakeholders, and coordinating store rides with clients to relay learnings and ensure alignment. The goal is to grow the business while advancing the client's business plan.
