The Account Manager works with the Director of Key Accounts to develop relationships with facility stakeholders in order to manage all of the correctional facilities communications services. An Account Manager is expected to promote a positive and ethical image to all customers and contacts. They are expected to know his/her customer’s needs and requirements as well as applying company services, product, and policies. Other duties as determined by the needs of the business. As a program manager, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitoring the operations of ICS services at all sites (phones, video visiting and tablets) to ensure all equipment is working as expected, including tablet repair processes. Coordinating physical equipment repairs as needed, as well as maintaining the site’s levels of required supplies (tablets, earbuds, printer needs, etc). Reviewing ICS Enforcer and ATG Score platforms for any software related problems, as well as individuals in custody account related issues. Assisting in virtual training for facility staff members in platform operations for phones, video and tablets. Working with sites in advance of tablet distributions in preparing all tablet equipment for staff and resident use. Monitoring circuits and creating tickets with the carriers when any issues arise. Apprising the Project Manager and Director of Accounts, of any major system disruptions affecting operating platforms.
