The Oath Account Manager role is responsible for driving growth within Amazon and other retail accounts, managing day-to-day activities, and developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and desires hands-on experience with leading sporting goods retailers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of inside sales or account support experience, preferably within Amazon and CPG products
  • Experience selling to or supporting domestic retail accounts. IE Grocery and Specialty
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong customer-focused selling and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Close attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated, positive, and eager to grow within a sales organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Amazon OATH sales as well as other retail accounts through proactive communication, relationship building, and prospecting.
  • Support accounts with order management, forecasts, item setup, pricing updates, and promotional execution.
  • Identify and pursue incremental sales opportunities, including line extensions, replenishment opportunities, and new product introductions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, demand planning, marketing, and finance to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales presentations, account recaps, and internal reporting to support account strategy and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, communications, and activity within the CRM system.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, inventory availability, product information, and account status.
  • Support field sales and leadership with account analysis, sales tracking, and execution of account initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Uphold company standards for brand representation, professionalism, and confidentiality.
