The Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships. Acting as the primary liaison between LucyRx and assigned clients, this role ensures seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and a high level of client satisfaction. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure they receive the highest quality of service. Additionally, this role supports client retention, renewals, and benefit consulting while collaborating with internal teams to maintain excellent service delivery and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid position based in the Las Vegas area; you should expect to travel for team meetings, client meetings or other collaboration needs.
