About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and organized Account Manager to join our manufacturing team. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and help manage orders from start to finish.

Requirements

• Proficient with email and basic computer programs

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
• Receive and process customer purchase orders
• Follow up on orders, delivery dates, and customer requests
• Communicate with production and other departments
• Provide customers with order status updates
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Help resolve customer questions or concerns
