The Account Manager will be responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of over 100 community bank and credit union accounts. This is a full-cycle revenue role focused on driving renewals, negotiating price increases, identifying upsell opportunities across modules, and executing cross-sell strategies. The ideal candidate will approach the role as a dealmaker, motivated by expanding existing customer contracts. This position is crucial to FMSI's growth strategy, offering significant influence in developing the function and direct access to leadership within a small team environment.
