About The Position

The primary role of the Account Manager is to provide front-line support for new and existing customers utilizing the Bank in a Box platform and to ensure that all order requests, materials and trainings and orders are processed and completed in a timely manner. This includes responding to customer inquiries while also assisting in managing customer accounts by performing training on our websites. The Account Manager will often interact with other departments within the company in order to address customer inquiries as well as to assist in the coordination of new product sales and/or service installations.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of customer service and sales experience.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking on dual screens.
  • Detail oriented
  • Technical thinker
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online training: Meet with clients via teams, zoom to understand and present product training. Explain added value offerings, answer questions, address any concerns.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and prompt response to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on current programs and use the knowledge to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Internal teams: Coordinate with sales, service, tech support, marketing, and accounting. Share customer feedback and market insights to contribute to business growth.
  • Personal organization: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, manage schedules and maintain frequent communication with clients, prospects, and other company team members. Be self-starting and driven.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively in person as well as in writing. Be comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office products.
