About this role We’re looking for a Account Manager to drive renewals and expansion for existing customers. This is a commercial, individual contributor role responsible for owning the end-to-end renewal process. You’ll work closely with Developer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure renewals are proactive, well-scoped, and reflect the value customers get from Knock. As an early hire in this function, you’ll also help shape how renewals are run as the company grows.
