About The Position
We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify an Account Manager in the Albuquerque/El Paso marketplace responsible for managing, protecting, and growing an established customer base. This is a field-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ year of account management, B2B sales, customer support, or field-based client experience
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must reside within the territory

- Healthcare experience is not required
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Provide ongoing face-to-face customer support
- Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts
- Resolve customer needs and ensure a strong customer experience
- Partner closely with the Territory Manager to support territory growth
