About The Position

S&K Building Services is looking for driven, competitive, relationship-builders to fuel growth as an Account Manager. This role is for individuals who thrive on closing deals, building long-term partnerships, and desire significant earning potential and impact. The Account Manager will take ownership of their territory, develop sales strategies, and contribute to expanding the company's national footprint. Responsibilities include opening doors, creating opportunities, and shaping the future of S&K.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the field services industry
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with CRMs (Smart Service a plus)
  • Strong pipeline management and sales strategy skills
  • Tech-savvy mindset and data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and competitive drive
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
  • Residence in-or willingness to travel to or relocate to the New Orleans, LA area.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business through door-to-door outreach, cold calls, presentations, and networking
  • Build creative, "out-of-the-box" sales strategies and measure their effectiveness
  • Qualify leads, manage the pipeline, and close deals
  • Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client goals and needs
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts, follow up on leads, and keep opportunities moving
  • Attend sales meetings, events, and trainings
  • Track performance and provide insights using sales and financial data
  • Grow and maintain a strong client base within the assigned territory
