About The Position

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager based out of Charlotte, North Carolina (NC). This role involves overseeing security operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, issue resolution, and operational excellence. The Account Manager will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and supervision of security personnel, while also driving client relationship management, service enhancements, business growth opportunities, and compliance with site-specific procedures and post orders. This is an opportunity to lead and create, spearheading change and shaping the direction of security services and solutions on a vast scale.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Associate Degree.
3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
Successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
Organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

Oversees security operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, issue resolution, and operational excellence.

Ensures compliance with site-specific procedures and post orders.

Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
