About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations for assigned client accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, manages security personnel, ensures contract compliance, maintains staffing levels, and promotes exceptional customer service while supporting company growth and retention goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of security, law enforcement, military, or account management experience.
  • Security management experience overseeing multiple sites.
  • Experience with scheduling software and workforce management systems.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned security accounts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
  • Ensure contract requirements and post orders are followed.
  • Train and develop security personnel.
  • Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Address employee relations issues, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Review payroll, timekeeping, and billing accuracy.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits.
  • Assist with business development efforts and account growth opportunities.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
