The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing CrossLink’s Service Bureau and direct customer portfolios while supporting new business development initiatives. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving customer success, and identifying revenue expansion opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. The Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives, supporting operational needs, ensuring timely renewals, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. This position works closely with the broader sales organization to achieve both individual and team performance goals. Success in this role requires strong relationship management skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to balance account retention with growth initiatives. The position offers a clear development path within the sales organization, with many Account Managers progressing into Account Executive roles. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus participation in the company sales incentive plan. Overall annual travel is up to 25%, however, it may not be evenly distributed throughout the year. A higher proportion of travel will occur during peak season.
