About The Position

As an Account Manager, you will lead the growth of our sales, rental, and service portfolio within a designated territory. You are responsible for cultivating both new and existing client relationships, driving the promotion and sale of new and used equipment, and executing leasing and rental strategies. Success in this role is measured by your ability to achieve established profitability targets while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively increase sales volume across equipment, parts, service, and rentals while expanding the active customer base.
• Consistently meet or exceed annual sales objectives by optimizing transaction profitability.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating the unique features and value-added benefits of our product line to clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs to provide relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with the territory Customer Service Sales Representative to maximize resource utilization and territory coverage.
• Utilize the CRM system to manage itineraries, document call activity, track leads, and maintain comprehensive database integrity.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to stay current with industry trends.
• Prepare accurate equipment quotes, conduct product demonstrations, follow up on leads, and present various financial merchandising solutions.
