About The Position

We’re hiring an Account Manager based in Atlanta, GA to manage & operate CAI’s contingent workforce MSP program. This successful professional will drive MSP program adoption, support MSP implementation and ongoing management. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a permanent salaried position.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or supporting Contingent Workforce Managed Services Programs (MSP)
  • Strong experience with IT staffing delivery and workforce management
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce strategies, Time and Materials (T&M) engagements, and workforce program operations
  • Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing program performance using KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiting teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders
  • Experience supporting workforce program implementations, onboarding activities, and operational transitions
  • Understanding of public sector, government, municipal, or enterprise workforce environments
  • Experience supporting multiple labor categories, including IT, professional, administrative, engineering, healthcare, or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and contract utilization strategies
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be local to Atlanta, Georgia and able to attend onsite meetings regularly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with City of Atlanta agencies, program stakeholders, and supplier partners to drive adoption of CAI’s contingent workforce program
  • Leverage existing public sector and contingent workforce experience to develop new business opportunities and expand program utilization
  • Position CAI’s MSP contract as a strategic workforce solution for City departments and stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships
  • Support implementation and transition activities, including supplier onboarding, process alignment, and program launch
  • Manage ongoing contingent workforce program operations and delivery following implementation
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements with a strong focus on IT labor categories
  • Track and manage program performance, including KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate Vendor Management System (VMS) training and adoption for client and supplier stakeholders
  • Partner with recruiting, sourcing, and staffing teams to build scalable talent pipelines across multiple labor categories
  • Prepare and deliver executive business reviews, program updates, and strategic recommendations
  • Support change management activities and drive successful stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, increased utilization, and expanded workforce solutions
  • Maintain regular onsite presence for client meetings, relationship management, and business development activities throughout the Atlanta market
