The Account Manager must be both good with clients and managing projects, be hands-on, have a strong organizational sensibility, and be 100% committed to delivering fantastic creative ideas and work that stays on-objective, matching up to client challenges seamlessly. You must feel comfortable working with individuals within our client’s organizations and be able to work collaboratively across our agency disciplines (strategy, creative, design, UX, analytics, and technology). The ideal candidate understands account management and ensures that client deliverables and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. You must be strategic, creative, detailed and organized.
