Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, IT management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales with proven results
  • Strong account management and business development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Achieve annual sales targets within the C&I segment, including data centers and renewables
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and business development initiatives
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data to support forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-based offerings
  • Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
