As we continue to grow, we’re adding an Account Manager to our team to unlock untapped value within our existing customer base. In this role, you’ll take ownership of that space, stepping into complex accounts to understand what’s really happening and where we can re-engage, protect revenue, and create growth. In this role, you'll bring a strategic lens to every interaction, identifying ways to reduce churn, strengthen relationships, and uncover new business opportunities, while turning insight into action by creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Sitting at the intersection of business development, account management, and sales operations, you will help transform fragmented activity into a clear path for growth.
