About The Position

We are a growing software company based in Vancouver, WA with a cloud SaaS solution. We're currently the top business software in the Pool, Hot Tub, and Hearth industries - and looking to grow well beyond that in the years to come. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, client success, and building long-term relationships. In this role, you’ll work closely with existing Evosus Legacy clients to identify opportunities for LOU sign-ups, upsell campaigns, and additional products and services that help improve client operations while supporting recurring revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in a SaaS or technology sales position
  • 3 years or more of experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex business challenges
  • Intermediate Computer Skills Including: Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office Suite Including Word and Excel; G-Suite; and more
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent experience
  • Experience with specialty retail or field service businesses
  • Experience using Evosus products
  • Experience managing a pipeline or book of business (relationship driven sales)

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth with Evosus Legacy clients - driving sign ups for LOU, upsell campaigns, and additional products and services.
  • Proactive outreach to an approved client list - primarily by phone. Supplement outreach with value added emails and other communication.
  • Communicate with clients with respect, patience, and professionalism. This will be done with prompt, quality follow up.
  • Drive qualified clients to sign up for LOU. Qualify and close additional Evosus Products and Services.
  • Forecast, track and achieve quarterly and annual goals as determined by the company, and reviewed with the Manager of Sales & Account Management.
  • Organize and optimize the client deal pipeline within the company CRM for LOU sign ups and upsell opportunities.
  • Document all inbound and outbound activities and opportunities in our CRM.
  • Educate clients with in-depth discussion on the LOU onboarding process & timeline.
  • Proficiently demonstrate LOU Software and other product offerings to client prospects.
  • Demonstrate in depth product knowledge at all times.
  • Attend trade shows, and user conferences est. 5 - 10 events per year.
  • Provide onsite consulting for clients when needed.
