Holt Logistics Corp. is a family owned, single-source service provider of commercial, accounting, marketing and technology services to marine terminal operators, warehouses and logistics companies. This role is expected to manage and grow existing accounts by bringing in new services and expanding on existing ones, focusing on increasing efficiency and maximizing profitability. The Account Manager will manage conflict with customers and act as their advocate internally, ensuring alignment and prioritization of resources for exceptional delivery service. This role will target improvement for customers, collaborating with internal teams to identify strategic solutions. The Account Manager will manage order activities and ensure accuracy in operating systems, including order communication flow, service failures, track & trace, and follow through with order claims. This role may involve communication with clients who primarily speak Spanish. While Spanish fluency is not a requirement for this position, candidates who possess—or are open to developing—basic conversational Spanish skills may find this beneficial in supporting client interactions.
