By promoting safe working environments and empowering their team through effective leadership and development, the Account Manager is a vital role in advancing the company’s growth and long-term success. This role involves leading efforts in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning through training and development, and effectively managing employee performance. It also includes promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, assisting with onboarding activities, overseeing daily maintenance schedules, conducting site inspections, building strong client relationships, managing financial performance, developing and implementing streamlined processes, preparing and presenting reports, collaborating in meetings, and staying informed on landscape technologies. The Account Manager must also be able to perform all tasks carried out by team members under their supervision and promote safety policies and procedures.
