Position Summary Account Manager will partner with an Account Executives servicing clients developing strong external and internal relationship to achieve customer satisfaction, membership and revenue for existing customers. Responsibilities include: Develops working relationship with client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention. Executes tactical components of account team's business plan for customer. Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues. Collaborates with team members on client installation Must be able to attend open enrollment meetings

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Health Insurance industry experience.
  • Candidate must reside locally to Pittsburgh and/or Erie.
  • Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Salesforce, AI.
  • Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills.
  • Travel required up to 25% (Possible overnight travel).

  • Stop loss knowledge.
  • Active Life and Health License in state of residence.
