Doman Building Materials is seeking an Account Manager to support customers in the Southwestern Ontario region. As a key member of the sales team, you will represent all Doman’s product lines, maintain and develop existing accounts, promote manufacturers’ programs, and source new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a passion for maintaining productive relationships with retailers and specifiers, understands customer needs, brings industry knowledge, and is comfortable having technical product conversations. This role requires excellent presentation skills, prior outside sales experience to drive territory growth, and the ability to partner with manufacturers’ representatives for strategic growth. Diligent call planning, superior communication skills, technical aptitude, and knowledge of the building material sector are essential. A positive and enthusiastic attitude is also important.
