About The Position

Taylor Promotional Products, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an Account Manager to represent the team, work with customers, and handle their needs. The position is based at one of Taylor Promo’s facilities in Dayton, Ohio; Pompano Beach, Florida; or Amsterdam, New York. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or another related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Maintain favorable relationships with customers and suppliers.
Resolve customer issues and problems.
Provide product recommendations and creative ideas for customer events to increase sales.
Assist with preparation of sales forecasts, quotes, and negotiations.
Identify customer and vendor needs and consult on solutions.
Process and plan customer jobs and projects.
Work with internal and external customers as a team to manage projects successfully.
