About The Position

As an Account Manager, your mission will be to retain and drive revenue by ensuring your customers are maximizing the value from Pave’s product offering. You will do this by setting the vision for your customers and partnering closely with Customer Success Engineers on executing on this vision. This will be a highly visible and highly cross functional role - the AM function will partner closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Product and Operations teams - to ensure we are driving revenue for Pave.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role at a high-growth company
  • A demonstrated track record of over-performance against revenue retention and growth targets
  • The hustle and resilience to charge through ambiguity and frequent change without losing focus or momentum
  • Sharp relationship instincts and the ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders and economic buyers, up to and including the C-suite
  • A data-driven approach to customer conversations, always coming armed with the analysis needed to make a convincing argument
  • A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about compensation, total rewards, and the customers you serve
  • Bachelors degree obtained

Responsibilities

  • Owning a book of business end-to-end, driving both renewal and expansion revenue with confidence and a clear point of view on every account
  • Building deep, trusted relationships with your customers, knowing their business well enough to anticipate their needs and connect them to the full value Pave can deliver
  • Partnering closely with our CSE and AM teams to ensure customers are getting real, measurable outcomes from Pave's product suite & AI Agent
  • Showing up to every internal and external conversation prepared with the right data, a strong perspective, and the executive presence to earn trust at any level of an organization
  • Contributing to a team culture built on positivity, growth, and accountability, raising the bar for what great customer partnership looks like at Pave
