About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, leading projects from kickoff to completion, and delivering exceptional work in a collaborative agency environment. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted day-to-day client partner while managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and helping shape strategic solutions that support client goals. You'll own project execution, financial tracking, and communication while ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of full-time agency account management experience (or comparable client-side marketing experience)
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities
  • Experience collaborating with Creative, Media, Production, and other cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets
  • Sound judgment and confidence in making day-to-day decisions
  • The ability to proactively identify risks and escalate concerns when appropriate
  • Experience supporting print, digital, or video production projects
  • A solid understanding of integrated marketing, including digital and social media
  • Curiosity about industry trends and best practices

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with travel and tourism clients is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead client projects from kickoff through final delivery
  • Build trusted relationships with clients while serving as their day-to-day agency contact
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple accounts
  • Develop project scopes with input from internal teams and guide projects through agency workflows
  • Coordinate work across Creative, Media, Production, Creative Technology, and other departments
  • Prepare projects for production by ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and client-ready
  • Lead internal meetings, status updates, and project briefings
  • Participate in client presentations and strategy discussions
  • Track account finances, including billing, forecasts, budgets, and project profitability
  • Monitor industry trends, client competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
  • Demonstrate sound judgment while proactively solving challenges and keeping projects moving forward
