The Account Manager is responsible for the retention of existing accounts and the development of additional accounts. This position must focus on revenue growth with existing accounts through the development of new lanes and business segments. Account Managers must continually develop new accounts on a regular basis to maintain the growth of the business. The Account Manager will source, secure and manage the transportation needs for new and existing customers. This includes daily conversations about freight lanes, rates and solutions has to offer. Consistently adding new customers, growing current accounts and current account modes of transportation is an essential function of Account Managers. This position is based in Kernersville, NC.
