About The Position

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in account management/client services at a marketing agency or similar firm.
- A sound understanding of marketing principles (we’re a marketing agency after all!).
- A mix of strategic thinking and detail obsession (you can zoom out and zoom in).
- Strong communication skills—you know how to read the room and keep clients’ trust.
- Curiosity, energy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool.
Nice To Haves
- Senior living marketing experience is a bonus (and preferred!) but not a dealbreaker if you’re eager to learn the space.
- Experience in leveraging marketing technology (e.g., Project Management software, CRMs) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) is a plus too.
