About The Position

V7 is seeking an Account Manager to join their post-sales team. This role will own the customer journey after the deal closes, focusing on adoption, expansion, and renewal. The accounts managed are ambitious teams deploying AI agents on complex workflows, and the Account Manager will be crucial in helping them succeed. The opportunity involves compounding the customer base rather than managing a steady-state book.

Requirements

  • AI native: uses AI tools daily, has built things with them, and can discuss AI capabilities with customers.
  • Appreciation of Private Markets, ideally with experience selling into or working with PE, VC, asset managers, or similar.
  • Commercially driven: enjoys expansion, chases signal, and proactively engages with accounts.
  • Technical ability to build, configure, and demo agents.
  • Professional polish to run executive QBRs.

Responsibilities

  • Running QBRs with clear value tracking, expansion roadmaps, and exec alignment.
  • Owning expansion and upsell across accounts by identifying new use cases, teams, and agents to build.
  • Getting hands-on in V7 Go, scoping or building agents alongside customers.
  • Partnering with solutions and product teams to provide customer feedback for the roadmap.
