About The Position

American Lumper Services is a nationwide labor management company specializing in warehouse environments and efficiency optimization. We are looking for an Account Manager to support our growing hourly operation team. This role offers significant freedom, with a schedule based on business needs rather than a strict time clock. We need someone adaptable to change, proactive in problem-solving, results-oriented, self-driven, self-motivated, self-directed, capable of following direction and company policies, and possessing a positive, teachable attitude. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple needs simultaneously, prioritize, and manage time effectively, along with clear and frequent communication, are critical. Some travel is involved.
