Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is required.
  • Must possess very strong customer service-oriented and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess strong mathematical skills.
  • Must possess strong computer skills and effectively use Internet-based programs
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to answer and route phone calls using a multi-line phone system effectively.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to perform data-entry efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Must have the ability to establish rapport with associates at all levels.
  • Must be able to exercise effective time management skills.
  • Must be able to effectively use a computer, adding machine, and telephone
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in the service or construction industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Review and ensure all reports and paperwork from the vendor are accurate prior to submitting them to the customer.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Communicates discrepancies and works with vendors to correct reports and/or invoices.
  • Manage client accounts; create and dispatch work orders, prepare and deliver proposals, convert approved proposals to work orders and keep accounts up to date.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to coordinate job scheduling and ensure site compliance with NFPA standards.
  • Identify the needs of the client and assist them during emergencies.
  • Maintain records and paperwork within the KFM operating system.
  • Invoice customers with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
  • Follow all Koorsen Facilities Management policies and procedures.
  • On-call availability
