The Account Manager will have the responsibility for managing the day to day relationship of a key HH Global client. Managing a throughput of projects and campaigns in order to deliver against an agreed scope of works. The role will report into the senior Account Manager who will have overall ownership and responsibility for the management of all projects The role must ensure to interpret the requirements of the brief and deliver innovative solutions to drive the business forward. This role works as part of a client engagement team. You will need to be a strong communicator and an efficient operator and a team player.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience of building relationships with clients.
  • Client focused with excellent client facing skills.
  • Digitally savvy and a willingness to find new and exciting ways to communicate.
  • Previous management experience.
  • A positive, proactive, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork
  • Methodical and logical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commercial business drive, determination to achieve excellence.
  • Ability to work in a high energy environment and able to meet/exceed timelines.
  • Willingness to continuously improve through self-development.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of allocated accounts, working to achieve and increase given targets.
  • Finding new opportunities with the client and building on those opportunities.
  • Where required, work seamlessly with the design and sourcing teams to provide value added input to client meetings and discussions.
  • Monitoring project budgets, within time and budget.
  • Understanding the challenges faced by our client and their markets.
  • Taking client briefs and pro-actively suggesting alternative solutions to the client – adding value, up selling and cross selling where possible.
  • Working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Confidently suggesting ways to add value and new solutions.
  • Having a good understanding of the client brand guidelines.
  • Solving problems and offering alternative solutions, supporting pitch proposals and delivery.
  • Working with suppliers and building quotations.
  • Ensuring that the project always remains in scope.
  • Proactively sharing knowledge with other team members and suggesting new ways of working.
  • Ensure correct processes are followed.
  • Manage expected revenue levels.
