About The Position

Accurate Personnel is hiring an Account Manager for its North Riverside, Illinois team. The Account Manager understands client staffing needs and recruits candidates to fill them. The role includes educating and selling candidates on open positions, screening clients to match candidates to specific requirements, documenting interactions, and interviewing, hiring, and managing a candidate pool in accordance with company policy. Client visits and job fairs may be required as needed. The position pays $21–$23 per hour depending on experience, is paid weekly, and offers bonus earning potential. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 8 a.m.–12 p.m. The company offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of EEO policy.
Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred.
Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.

Responsibilities
