We are seeking an Account Manager to service our existing customers and help us expand our customer base. Flexible work from home options available. Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic handyman skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of service-based industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing quarterly inspections to existing customers to generate new orders.
  • Performing the labor to fulfill the order.
  • Generating new business opportunities and growing the customer base for The Seals franchise.
  • Prospecting and qualifying potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Conducting sales presentations and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Driving lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals.
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems.
  • Achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • The installation of refrigeration gaskets and other products in commercial kitchens, mostly restaurants.
