About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in North Port, Florida. This role serves as a key connection between our dealers, sales team, and internal departments, ensuring projects move smoothly from quotation through production and delivery. As an Account Manager, you will support dealer relationships by providing exceptional service, coordinating project activities, and ensuring clear communication throughout the order lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales Representatives, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and help drive projects toward successful completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Project Coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, building materials, architectural products, or related industries.
• Familiarity with CAD, engineering drawings, or technical product specifications.
• Experience working with dealer networks, distributors, or outside sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support resource for dealer communications in partnership with the Outside Sales team.
• Respond promptly to dealer calls and emails, addressing questions and resolving concerns.
• Assist with quotes, technical inquiries, and order status updates.
• Provide product and project guidance by leveraging internal engineering and CAD resources.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure projects stay on track.
• Monitor active projects and communicate progress, timelines, and potential challenges.
• Participate in weekly production meetings and communicate relevant updates to dealers and sales representatives.
• Support sales representatives with project tracking and job review activities.
• Assist with projects that are nearing closure, helping facilitate smooth transitions from sales to production.
• Coordinate project updates and communications for high-probability opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate custom color matching consultations and approval processes.
• Confirm color selections and maintain accurate project records.
• Work closely with internal teams and dealers to ensure color specifications are communicated and documented correctly.
• Provide accurate and timely order status updates.
• Proactively communicate manufacturing delays, changes, or issues.
• Help resolve project concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process sample requests to support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate project information and documentation in company systems.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within customer service and project coordination processes.
