About The Position

This position will be responsible for increasing profitable revenue through new account acquisition and managing exiting accounts. Our ideal candidate is a hunter! You are a creative and enthusiastic individual with previous experience sourcing and signing new clients and business. You are knowledgeable and have a knack for building relationships with customers. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing both new and existing client accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional solutions will be key to your success. Requirements

  • Superior time management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proven track record in account management or sales.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in groups.
  • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
  • General mathematical and budgeting skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ progressive Direct Sales experience in a similar role with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Nice To Haves

  • Post secondary education in Business Administration, Finance or any other related field is desired.
  • Previous experience in the traffic or similar industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with new customers.
  • Execute customer discovery to determine needs and creative value-added solutions.
  • Developing leads, prospecting and cold calling potential clients and customers.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion within existing clients.
  • Prospect and onboard new clients, demonstrating our value proposition.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Leverage insights to drive client success and revenue growth.
