In the role of Account Manager at BnBerry, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our hotel clients, driving revenue growth, and optimizing their accounts. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in Hotel Revenue/Reservations/Leisure Sales.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and online booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
  • A dedication to ongoing learning and growth in B2B sales methods.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities conducive to relationship-building.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • The ability to multitask and navigate a fast-paced workplace.
  • Ability to work US/EST hours

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with hotel clients, becoming their primary point of contact.
  • Evaluate the performance of assigned accounts and implement strategies for optimization and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and terms with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Assist Account Executives with various administrative tasks, including client outreach and account management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as business development and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) to manage account records and track sales interactions.
