About The Position

At HSP Direct, we hire for impact to elect conservative leaders and advance causes that defend freedom. We build best-in-class, high-performance fundraising programs for political and nonprofit organizations nationwide. This is a front-line leadership role where you will own high-value client relationships, become a trusted advisor to political and nonprofit leaders, lead strategy that moves the needle by architecting and executing fundraising programs that directly impact election outcomes and organizational growth, operate alongside top-tier talent, and make decisions that matter. You will be measured by outcomes, not activity, with the standard being performance. Requirements

  • Passion for conservative politics and advancing mission-driven work
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, advertising, nonprofit work, or politics
  • Proven ability to build high-trust relationships
  • Strong analytical instincts with a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High level of personal accountability and ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree required
