Landing is seeking a Corporate Housing Account Manager to join their team. This role will focus on managing top corporate clients, handling administrative tasks, and collaborating with leadership to enhance a crucial business function. Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fearless, self-motivated and hardworking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
  • Tech-savvy - familiarity with Slack
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with top national clients
  • Handle and address incoming reservation requests
  • Work with Landing’s Field Operations team to schedule move-ins, home inspections, and address occupant changes
  • Compile Arrival Information for Corporate Clients
  • Follow up on outstanding balances from invoiced clients
  • Collaborate with Field Operations teams on addressing maintenance issues
  • Assist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes
