About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM), internally known as an Account Manager, who will be the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial facility clients. This role involves managing ongoing operations, including inspections, issue resolution, and service quality oversight. The FSM will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and contractors through consistent communication and follow-through. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to expand service offerings, recommending solutions, and managing pricing and logistics. The FSM will coordinate with Account Compliance Managers to ensure after-hours service execution aligns with client expectations and will work independently while being supported by a team. The role requires utilizing a CRM system to document inspections, manage client information, and coordinate field activities. Performance is measured by client retention, revenue growth, quality assurance, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, facility services, or building maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Natural problem-solving abilities, including experience resolving service issues and managing multiple priorities independently.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience using a CRM system to document activity and manage client information.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel daily within NW Arkansas.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Available for after-hours client issues, weekend responsiveness, and on-call coverage.

  • Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document detailed quality control inspections to ensure services consistently meet our standards.
  • Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with client expectations and company standards.
  • Support, develop, and hold contractors accountable to maintain high performance and service quality.
