About The Position

Join ViCentra (home of Kaleido) – Empower Bold Change in MedTech. ViCentra is a fast-growing scale-up with a unique work environment characterized by flexibility and short decision-making processes. We are investing in our field sales team to continue Kaleido's success story and support the launch of new products and services in 2026. The Account Manager will be part of a dedicated field sales team that establishes Kaleido in the market and excites patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals. This role is suitable for individuals with industry experience or motivated career changers with a medical or sales-related background.

Requirements

  • Experience in medical field sales, ideally in diabetes or medical technology.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Self-directed, structured way of working and willingness to travel within your region.
  • Proficient use of digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Good English skills for communication with international colleagues.
  • Driver's license class B.

Responsibilities

  • Excite doctors, healthcare professionals, and patients about Kaleido and build long-term relationships.
  • Identify market potential and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Confidently present our system, conduct product training, and provide technical assurance.
  • Represent ViCentra at trade fairs, congresses, and professional events.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Service, and Clinical Support for a strong customer experience.
  • Provide valuable market feedback and actively contribute to the further development of our solutions.
