Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in insurance account management, client service, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups
• Able to explain benefit information in a way people can understand
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Comfortable reviewing data and making recommendations
• Proactive, dependable, and service-focused
• Comfortable traveling locally throughout the Phoenix area

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned employer groups and brokers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead open enrollment meetings and explain benefits in a clear, simple way
• Help prepare renewals and review client information
• Research and resolve client questions or concerns
• Travel locally for client meetings and presentations
• Work with internal teams to make sure clients receive timely, accurate support
• Help support client satisfaction and retention
